General rules for using our games

These rules apply whenever you place a bet, play a game or join a live table through your account with us. They should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, any game-specific instructions and the bonus terms that apply to a particular offer. If there is a difference between a general rule and a game instruction, the instruction shown within that game will normally explain how that game operates.

One account per player

You may have one personal account with us unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Your account must be used only by you. You must not allow another person to access it, place bets for you or use your payment method through it. We may suspend play, hold transactions or close an account where we identify duplicate accounts, inaccurate information, unauthorised use or activity that does not comply with our rules.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for checking activity on your account. Tell us promptly through support@libraspins-casino.co.uk or the live chat if you think someone else has accessed your account. We may ask for information or documents to verify your identity, age, payment method or account details before allowing some activity to continue.

Real-money and bonus-balance play

You may play with real-money funds or with bonus funds where a bonus has been credited to your account. The balance used for a bet is determined by the applicable account and bonus rules. Some wagers may use real-money funds before bonus funds, while other bonus arrangements may set a different order. The balance and wagering information shown in your account is the relevant information for your play.

A bet is final once it has been accepted by the game or betting system. You cannot normally cancel, change or withdraw a bet after acceptance. This does not affect our handling of a technical malfunction, an incorrectly displayed result or another situation covered by these rules or our Terms & Conditions.

Check your bet before confirming

Make sure the game, stake, number of lines, selections and any other details are correct before you confirm a bet. You remain responsible for a bet that has been accepted.

How bets and spins are settled

A bet or spin is settled using the result produced and recorded by the relevant game server. The result shown by the game server is final, subject to the provisions for a malfunction or an administrative correction under our Terms & Conditions. The display on your device may be delayed or interrupted, but this does not change the recorded result.

Each game has its own instructions, symbols, winning combinations, bonus features and paytable. You should read the in-game rules before playing and should pay particular attention to the stake value, the way wins are calculated and any limits or conditions attached to a feature. A game may have different rules for different modes, rounds or features.

Paytables and return-to-player information

The return-to-player figure, where applicable, is shown in each game. This figure is a long-term statistical indication and is not a promise of a particular return from one session, bet or series of spins. Short-term results can vary, and a previous result does not affect the probability or outcome of a later bet.

Any win or loss is credited or deducted according to the game rules and the result recorded by the game server. If a game includes a bonus round, free spins, progressive feature or other special event, the relevant conditions shown in the game apply. If the game rules do not explain a point clearly, contact support before continuing to play.

  • A win is calculated using the accepted stake and the applicable paytable.
  • A losing bet is deducted from the balance used for that bet.
  • A feature may have its own entry, stake, result or settlement conditions.
  • The account transaction history and game history may be used to confirm how a bet was settled.

The recorded result controls

If the information on your screen differs from the result recorded by the game server, the recorded server result is used when the bet is settled.

Malfunctions and disconnected games

A malfunction can include a software fault, connection failure, incorrect game display, interrupted transaction, payment error or other technical problem that affects a game or its settlement. If a malfunction affects a game, any affected play and all pays arising from that affected play are void. We will not be responsible for paying a win that exists only because of a malfunction.

Where a fault causes an incorrect credit, we may remove the incorrect amount from your balance and correct the account history. If money has been deducted for play that was not completed because of a confirmed technical fault, we will handle the affected transaction in line with the game record and our applicable account procedures. We may pause a game or restrict access while we establish what happened.

What happens after a disconnection

If you lose your connection during a game, do not assume that the bet has been cancelled. Depending on the game, the round may resume when you reconnect, or it may settle automatically using the result already recorded by the game server. The outcome, balance change and any feature state will be shown when the game reconnects or when the relevant account history is updated.

You should not repeatedly refresh, close the game or place another bet while an interrupted round is being restored. If the round does not resume or the account history appears incorrect, contact support@libraspins-casino.co.uk with the details requested in the disputes section below.

  • Keep the game open where it is safe and practical to do so.
  • Reconnect and allow the game time to display the round status.
  • Check your game or account history before attempting the same action again.
  • Tell us about a suspected malfunction as soon as possible.

Rules for bonus play

Bonus funds are subject to the bonus terms shown when the bonus is offered, claimed or credited. Those terms may set out eligibility, a qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, an expiry period, a maximum cashout, restricted games and the order in which funds are used. You must go through those terms before using a bonus.

The maximum bet allowed during bonus play applies to each bet, spin or other wager as described in the relevant bonus terms. A bet that exceeds the stated maximum may cause the bonus, associated winnings or both to be cancelled where the bonus terms allow this. The restriction can apply even if the game itself permits a higher stake.

Game contributions and qualifying play

Not every game or wager necessarily contributes to a bonus requirement in the same way. The contribution percentage, if any, is shown in the applicable bonus terms. Some games may make no contribution, while others may contribute only part of the stake. A contribution does not guarantee that a bonus requirement will be completed within a particular number of bets or spins.

If a bonus is cancelled, expires or is removed under its terms, any unused bonus funds are removed. Winnings linked to the bonus may also be affected where the terms permit. A withdrawal request, account closure, suspected misuse or breach of these Betting Rules may affect bonus eligibility. We may ask you to complete account verification before releasing funds or processing a bonus-related transaction.

Use the bonus information in your account

The bonus balance, wagering progress, remaining time and eligible games shown in your account are the most current information for that bonus. If anything is unclear, ask support before placing further bets.

Live casino and table game rules

Live casino games are operated through a live table format with a dealer or other authorised game presenter. The rules for the particular table explain the available bets, minimum and maximum stakes, betting periods, payouts, side bets and any special features. Read the table help before placing a bet, because rules can differ between tables using similar game names.

Dealer decisions and game records

The dealer's decision and the result recorded for the table settle the round, subject to correction of a confirmed technical fault or an error under the applicable table rules. The dealer may follow a fixed dealing procedure, a stated house rule or an instruction displayed in the table interface. You cannot ask for a round to be changed because you disagree with the dealer's decision or the result.

Late bets and interrupted rounds

Bets must be placed and accepted before the table's betting period closes. A late bet is not accepted, even if you selected a chip or button before the closing signal. If your screen shows an attempted bet after betting has closed, check the confirmed bet status and your account history rather than assuming that the wager was placed.

If you are disconnected during a live round, the game may resume when you reconnect or settle without your screen showing every stage. A bet is settled using the table result and the game-specific rules. Any dispute about a dealer decision, late bet or table settlement should include enough information for us to identify the round.

  • Confirm the table name and game rules before you play.
  • Place bets only during the displayed betting period.
  • Wait for the result and check the confirmed outcome in your account.
  • Do not place another bet to compensate for a delayed display or an interrupted round.

Disputes and how to contact us

If you believe a bet, spin, bonus feature or live table round has been settled incorrectly, contact us promptly so that we can identify the relevant record. Send your message to support@libraspins-casino.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. We will look into the information available in the game and account systems and explain the outcome through the contact method you use.

Include these details in your message

  1. The game or live table name.
  2. The date and approximate time of the bet, spin or round.
  3. The round, game or transaction reference, if one is shown in your account.
  4. The stake, feature or selection involved.
  5. A clear description of what you expected and what appeared on screen or in your account history.
  6. Any relevant screenshots or other information that helps identify the issue.

Please do not send your password, full payment details or security codes in a support message. We may ask questions to confirm that the account is yours and may request suitable information for account verification. Keep your account details up to date so that we can communicate with you about the dispute.

Our decision will be based on the recorded game result, the applicable paytable or table rules, the accepted transaction and any relevant bonus terms. If a technical fault, incorrect display or account error is confirmed, we will apply the appropriate correction. If no error is found, the original settlement will stand.
